Jesi received her nursing degree in 2008 at Walters State Community College and is a 2018 MSN-FNP graduate of Tusculum University. Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she has become skilled in all facets of healthcare including pediatrics, geriatrics, women’s health and mental health care. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she found her passion as a nurse in Women’s Health, reproductive health, and breastfeeding counseling and support. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and husband. Jesi is now accepting new patients and will be seeing patients of all ages.

Dr. Whitaker Michael Smith is a board-certified family physician who has been in practice since 1991. He attended the University of Kentucky College of Medicine where he received his Medical Doctor degree in 1988. Subsequently, he did his family practice residency at the University of Kentucky and served as Chief Resident during his tenure there. He has practiced in traditional family medicine settings as well as urgent care clinics since completing his formal training.

Regina is a 2010 graduate of Waters State Community College where she received her associates degree in nursing. At the heart of everything she does is family! Soon after graduating she worked as a newborn nursery nurse in the labor and delivery unit for many years before transitioning to end of life care as a hospice nurse. Regina is a skilled RN that has cared for those in every stage of life, and can not wait to care for you and your family!

Cassandra started working in the medical field in 2012, when she was hired as a medical assistant at a pediatrician’s office and fell in love with helping families seek healthcare. After experiencing the pitfalls of the conventional healthcare environment, both as a patient and employee, she sought out a medical practice that believed in genuine care and medical freedom for their patients.

Care in Faith Family Wellness provides both a happy work environment and a safe space to bring her growing family. She will also be managing the marketing side of our practice to help our office expand and thrive.
